Description
The Panda iRes Warmer was an in depth collaboration between GE Healthcare's internal product development team and HumanCentric. The goals of the project included a new approach to the product aesthetics with an enhanced solution for the user interaction.
The design of the warmer takes an innovative look at incorporating all of the necessary peripherals required in an infant warmer while also improving the functional interaction between the caregiver and the child. HumanCentric contributed not only to the overall aesthetic of the warmer, but to smaller design details such as the unique tilting adjustable bed angle, transparent side walls with integrated cable management, supply storage solutions, heat lamp form factors and adjustability, and hand held control design and graphics.
